Our Gyratory screen features a specially designed motor mounted vertically at the center of the base plate of the screen, with the screen positioned between the feeding hopper and bowl. Material is fed onto the center of the top screen, with undersized material passing rapidly through the screen to the periphery, while oversize material is continuously discharged through a tangential outlet. This efficient separation is achieved by our specially designed vibratory motor along with eccentric top and bottom weights.
Working Principles:
The rotation of the top eccentric counterweights creates vibration in the horizontal plane, causing material to move across the screen cloth to the periphery, increasing the horizontal throw and discharging oversize material at a faster rate. The bottom eccentric weight rotates below the center of mass, creating a tilt on the screen and providing vibration in the vertical and tangential planes. This increases the vertical component of motion, promoting the turnover of material on the screen surface and allowing the maximum quantity of undersize material to pass through the screen. Rugged springs placed over the circular motor base amplify the vibration for efficient operation.
